How do I turn my Rockit Log on?

 

There is little button on the back.  There is an indicator light so you will know it's on.

How do I connect my device to my Rockit Log?

 

Turn your Bluetooth on, and connect to 'Portmanteau', or in our older models, 'Sure Hifi'.

How do I disconnect from my Rockit Log?

 

Go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone, click on the 'Portmanteau' connection, and hit 'Forget this Device'.           *You will need to do this before pairing another device with your Rockit Log.

How do I charge my Rockit Log?

 

Your Rockit Log came with a charging cord.  Plug it into the input on the back, and then into a power source.

Why won't it let me connect to 'Portmanteau'?

 

Somebody else's device may still be connected to it.  Have them refer to Question 03.  

If it's still not working, and other devices are connecting without trouble, you may need to reset your network settings on your own device.  

On an iPhone, go to Settings > General > Reset and hit 'Reset Network Settings'.

My device doesn't do Bluetooth...

 

These Rockit Logs generally come with just Bluetooth, but if you make a special request in the 'Notes to Seller' upon check out, we can do one with an auxilliary input instead, just for you.

Can I connect my computer to my Rockit Log?

 

Yes!  Any device with Bluetooth connectivity will talk to Rockit Logs.
